1. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns for products once they are delivered, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective.
2. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective products
- You must request an exchange within 5 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- You must provide proof (photos/videos) clearly showing the issue
- After verification, we will arrange an exchange
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are generally not provided
- A refund may be issued only if:
- The product is out of stock after order confirmation
- We are unable to deliver the product
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
5. Non-Eligible Cases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect product selected by the customer
- Minor color or design variations
- Requests made after 5 days of delivery
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
